Maria Chachas joined the company in 2005. She brings over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her securities background provides a foundation for assessing and underwriting even the most complex of projects. She focuses on conventional real estate loans, bridge financing, and acquisition and development.
Ms. Chachas has an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and a Masters Degree from Babson College.
